- Executive Trainee – R&D Chemistry
- Junior Executive – R&D Chemistry
- Junior Manager – R&D Chemistry
Location: Gummadidala, Sangareddy, Telangana
Experience: 0 – 10 years
Education: BSc / MSc in Chemistry
Key Responsibilities:
As a member of our R&D Chemistry team, you will be responsible for:
- Performing laboratory synthesis of APIs and intermediates.
- Conducting route scouting, process optimization, and scale-up activities.
- Executing reactions, purification, and characterization of compounds.
- Maintaining meticulous documentation in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams for technology transfer.
- Contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications Required:
- BSc or MSc in Chemistry (full-time, regular course only).
- Solid foundation in organic chemistry principles and synthetic methodologies.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- For experienced candidates: Proven ability to execute R&D projects in the API/pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
