Open Positions:

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. QA Head

  • Qualification: B.Pharm & M.Pharm
  • Experience: 8–10 years
  • Responsibilities:
    • Leading and managing all QA operations.
    • Ensuring compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory standards (USFDA, MHRA, WHO).
    • Overseeing documentation, batch release, and in-process quality assurance.
    • Leading investigations, CAPA implementation, and change control processes.
    • Coordinating with production, R&D, and regulatory teams.
  • Key Role: Providing strategic leadership and direction to the QA department, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in quality processes.

2. QA Executive

  • Qualification: B.Pharm & M.Pharm
  • Experience: 3–4 years
  • Responsibilities:
    • Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system.
    • Reviewing and approving quality documents.
    • Participating in investigations, CAPA, and change control processes.
    • Ensuring compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory standards.

3. QA Officer

  • Qualification: B.Pharm & M.Pharm
  • Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Assisting in quality assurance activities.
    • Maintaining documentation and records.
    • Supporting the implementation of cGMP and GLP.
    • Participating in audits and inspections.

4. QC Executive (HPLC/GC)

  • Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm
  • Experience: 2–3 years
  • Responsibilities:
    • Performing analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using HPLC and GC.
    • Operating and maintaining HPLC/GC instrumentation.
    • Method validation and transfer.
    • Ensuring compliance with quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.

5. QC Chemist

  • Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm
  • Experience: 0–2 years
  • Responsibilities:
    • Conducting chemical and physical testing of pharmaceutical products.
    • Preparing and standardizing solutions and reagents.
    • Maintaining laboratory equipment and records.
    • Ensuring compliance with quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.

6. Sales & Purchase Executive

  • Qualification: MBA / B.Pharm / M.Sc
  • Experience: 0–1 year
  • Responsibilities:
    • Assisting in sales and marketing activities.
    • Managing customer relationships.
    • Supporting the procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.
    • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors.

7. Engineering Executive

  • Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation)
  • Experience: 4–5 years
  • Responsibilities:
    • Managing engineering QMS documents including Deviation, CAPA, Change Control.
    • Managing maintenance and repair of pharmaceutical equipment.
    • Ensuring smooth operation of the facility.
    • Implementing and maintaining preventive maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities (General):

  • Ensuring compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory standards (USFDA, MHRA, WHO).
  • Handling HPLC, GC instrumentation and method validation (for QC roles).
  • Leading investigations, CAPA implementation, and change control.
  • Documentation, batch release, and in-process quality assurance.
  • Coordination with production, R&D, and regulatory teams.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc / MBA / Diploma / B.Tech from a recognized university.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV, and other analytical instruments (for QC roles).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills (for senior roles).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
