Detailed Job Descriptions:
1. Production – OSD / External Preparation

Position: Jr. Officer / Officer
-
Qualification: B.Pharma / MSc

Experience: 2-4 Years

Responsibilities: Operate granulation, compression, coating, filling & packing machines, ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory guidelines, perform line clearance, and in-process checks.

Position: Apprentice – Operator

Qualification: ITI / B.Sc / B.Com / Diploma

Experience: Fresher

Responsibilities: Assist in production operations, learn machine operations, and adhere to safety protocols.
2. Quality Control – OSD
- Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
- Qualification: MSc / B.Pharma / M.Pharma
- Experience: 2-4 Years (FG/Stability/RM)
- Responsibilities: Handle HPLC, GC, stability testing, RM/PM/FG analysis, ensure data integrity, and maintain laboratory equipment.
3. Quality Assurance
- Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
- Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma
- Experience: 2-4 Years in IPQA
- Responsibilities: Perform IPQA, review batch records, ensure compliance with quality standards, and participate in audits.
4. Engineering
- Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
- Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech
- Experience: 2-4 Years (HVAC/QMS/Documentation)
- Responsibilities: Maintain HVAC, utilities, qualification & documentation, handle QMS activities, and ensure equipment is in optimal condition.
Key Responsibilities (General):
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Participate in training and development programs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- B.Pharma / M.Pharma / MSc / B.Tech / Diploma from a recognized university.
- Hands-on experience in WHO-GMP / USFDA / MHRA approved plants preferred.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
