We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following departments:
- Production:
- Quality Assurance (QA):
- Quality Control (QC):
- Formulation Research & Development (FR&D):
- Research & Development (R&D):
Responsibilities (Role-wise):
1. Production Department:
- Operate and maintain tablet, capsule, and injectable manufacturing lines efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and meticulous adherence to batch manufacturing records.
- Conduct and monitor in-process checks to maintain product quality and ensure accurate yield reconciliation.
2. Quality Assurance (QA) Department:
- Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities to monitor production processes and ensure compliance.
- Oversee validation processes for equipment and systems, and maintain comprehensive documentation as per regulatory standards.
- Handle change control procedures, investigate deviations, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring continuous compliance with quality standards.
3. Quality Control (QC) Department:
- Conduct rigorous testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Perform stability studies to assess the shelf-life and degradation characteristics of pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines.
- Operate and maintain sophisticated analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and UV spectrophotometers.
4. Research & Development (R&D) and Formulation Research & Development (FR&D) Departments:
- Participate in the formulation development of generic drugs and Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS).
- Provide support for scale-up activities and technology transfer processes.
- Prepare comprehensive dossiers and regulatory documentation for product submissions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree from a recognized university.
- Strong academic record and excellent communication skills are essential.
- For experienced candidates: 1-5 years of relevant experience in the respective department within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Fresh graduates with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical fundamentals are highly encouraged to apply.
