Open Positions:

We are currently hiring for the following positions at our Dera Bassi facility:

1. Quality Assurance (AQA) – Officer/Sr. Officer

  • Department: Quality Assurance
  • Responsibilities: Perform Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA) activities, including review of analytical data, documentation, and compliance with USFDA and cGMP guidelines.
  • Requirements:
    • M.Sc. in Chemistry.
    • 4-6 years of experience in a USFDA-approved injectable plant.
    • Hands-on experience with AQA in an injectable manufacturing setting.
    • Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and quality systems.

2. Quality Control – Analytical Method Validation (AMV)

  • Department: Quality Control
  • Responsibilities: Conduct analytical method validation, stability studies, and operate HPLC equipment for injectable products.
  • Requirements:
    • M.Sc. in Chemistry.
    • 2-4 years of experience in analytical method validation within the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Hands-on experience with HPLC, method validation protocols, and stability testing for injectables.
    • Familiarity with pharmacopeial requirements (USP, EP, BP).

3. Production – Autoclave / Washing / Filling Line – Officer

  • Department: Production
  • Responsibilities: Operate and monitor autoclave, vial washing, and aseptic filling lines, ensuring adherence to SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
  • Requirements:
    • B.Pharm.
    • 1-3 years of experience in vial/ampoule filling, autoclave operation, and tunnel sterilizer operation in a USFDA-approved plant.
    • Knowledge of aseptic techniques and sterile manufacturing processes.
    • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve production issues.

4. Engineering – Fresher (Diploma Electronics)

  • Department: Engineering
  • Responsibilities: Participate in the maintenance and repair of equipment and utilities in the sterile manufacturing area (Training will be provided).
  • Requirements:
    • Diploma in Electronics.
    • Fresher (2024-2025 passouts preferred).
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    • Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities (General):

  • Ensure strict compliance with USFDA, MHRA, and cGMP guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation.
  • Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

Required Qualifications & Skills (General):

  • Prior experience in a USFDA-approved injectable manufacturing plant is mandatory for all positions except the Engineering Fresher role.
  • Sound knowledge of sterile manufacturing, aseptic practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
