Key Responsibilities (depending on the role):
- Execute API manufacturing processes according to cGMP and SOPs.
- Perform in-process and finished product analysis in Quality Control.
- Manage documentation, deviations, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) in Quality Assurance.
- Develop and validate analytical methods in R&D/ARD.
- Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance at all stages of production.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Relevant degree (B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry, B.Pharma/M.Pharma, Diploma in Chemical Engineering).
- 2–8 years of hands-on experience in regulated API/pharmaceutical plants (for experienced roles).
- For Technical Trainee positions, freshers must have a minimum of 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
- Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
