Position: Senior Process Executive – Record to Report (RTR)

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / PGDM

• Experience: 2 – 4 Years (BPO – RTR Domain)

Key Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain GL accounts

• Book journal entries and perform bank reconciliations

• Manage fixed assets, accruals, and bad debt provisions

• Handle period close reconciliations and clear open items

• Prepare cash flow forecasting reports

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

Required Skills

• Strong verbal & written communication

• Proficiency in SAP (preferred)

• Eye for detail & problem-solving mindset

• Customer / client-focused attitude

• Knowledge of Visual Basic or Macros is an added advantage
