Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and resolve them via voice process.

Manage escalations & complaints effectively.

Ensure timely closure of tickets/complaints within SLAs.

Provide a value-generating service that strengthens customer trust.

Follow detailed instructions for new assignments; work independently for routine tasks.
Candidate Requirements

1–4 years of international voice process experience (mandatory).

Excellent English communication skills.

Problem-solving, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.

Quick learner with results-oriented approach.

Should be flexible for rotational shifts.
