Job Overview
The AR Caller will manage outstanding accounts receivable via phone calls and system updates, report claim patterns, and ensure SLA compliance. This is a US Night Shift role with flexibility for different timings.
Key Responsibilities

Address assigned AR through phone calls and analysis

Use available tools to resolve payments, corrections, or adjustments

Report trends in denials, claim errors, or billing roadblocks
