Trainee Process Associate – AR Caller (International Voice Process)
Eligibility

Education: Graduate freshers – BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS, Maths) (Pass-out years 2020 – 2025)

Job Responsibilities
-
Handle outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) through analysis and phone calls.
-
Use tools/resources for resolution (payment, corrected submission, appeals, patient transfer, adjustments).
-
Report denial trends, claim errors, and billing roadblocks.

Meet production and quality SLAs.
-
Clearly update call outcomes in the billing system.
-
Follow process policies & procedures (P&Ps) and adapt to changes.

Act on feedback from managers and quality audit team.
