Job Description

• Call US insurance payers to resolve claim issues (denials, payments, adjustments)

• Analyze trends and escalate issues to supervisors

• Maintain documentation (SOPs, trackers, logs)

• Participate in training sessions to master Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

• Investigate patient account issues and coordinate with analysts
