Key Responsibilities

Scoping: Survey villages/wards, identify potential areas for forming SHG/JLG (Self-Help Groups/Joint Liability Groups).

Participant Orientation: Train participants on financial literacy, banking, and credit awareness.

Group Formation & Acquisition: Collect participant details, form groups, and maintain baseline data.

Monthly Visits: Conduct regular follow-ups, attend group meetings, and file reports.
Must-to-Have

2-wheeler + valid driving license (mandatory for outreach work).

Willingness to travel extensively in rural/interior areas.

Comfort with fieldwork and direct interaction with communities.
