Candidate Profile

Any graduate (no stream restriction)
0–3 years experience in IT helpdesk (Voice / Global Service Desk preferred)
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Knowledge of ITIL framework & troubleshooting
Basic understanding of Networking (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN)
Knowledge of Windows / Mac OS, VDI, MS Office, O365, Outlook, Zoom, Jabber, Browsers, VPN
Must be open to night shifts, weekends & holiday support

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for end users (applications, OS, networks).

  • Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve IT incidents via calls, chat, email, or walk-in.

  • Escalate urgent issues & ensure SLA compliance.

  • Log and document all service desk interactions.

  • Troubleshoot standard applications (Outlook, O365, VPN, Zoom, etc.).

  • Ensure excellent customer service & user communication.

Note: This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start in IT Support / Service Desk (L1) and grow into IT Infrastructure / System Admin roles.
