Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to U.S. insurance companies for claim follow-up and AR resolution.

Analyze denied or pending claims and determine the next course of action (payment, appeal, resubmission, or adjustment).

Document call outcomes accurately in the billing system.

Ensure high productivity and meet SLA & quality benchmarks.

Identify recurring issues and report them to the supervisor.
-
Follow company policies and procedures (P&Ps) and adapt to process updates.
Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Good analytical and logical reasoning

Comfortable working in night shifts (U.S. timings)

Basic understanding of MS Office tools
