  • Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice / Blended)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism.

  • Resolve customer queries/issues and provide accurate information.

  • Share product/service details with customers.

  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

  • Work in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.

Eligibility

  • Minimum Qualification:

    • 12th pass (if experienced in customer support).

    • Graduation mandatory for freshers.
