Job Description:
To be Responsible for Chemical & Instrumental Analysis of Raw material,
Intermediate & Finished product samples as per the laid down procedure.
To Prepare & Review of the Standard testing procedure, Specifications, Standard
testing procedure.
To be Responsible for preparation and standardization of Reagent and solution for
physicochemical Analysis.
To be Responsible for preparation of standard reagents & volumetric solution with its
standardization as per SOP.
To be Responsible for periodical calibration of Quality control Instruments like
Spectrophotometer, HPLC etc.
To handle and perform the analysis on HPLC.
To be Responsible for Preparation and maintenance of Working Standard as per SOP.
To be Responsible for monitoring and testing of retained samples periodically as per
its schedule.

Re-development of the existing products as per current regulatory requirements & its

To prepare product development protocols & Reports.
Preparation for batch manufacturing, filling & its execution.
To support production department for routine manufacturing activities & handling of trouble
shouting / incidents / deviations during manufacturing.
