Job Description:
Time & Venue:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling of incoming inquiries from toll free, just dial, website, advertisement etc.
- Solving queries on call for incoming leads
- Calling up clients as per the inquires & fixing up appointments with the client for presentation
- Forwarding this appointment to the concerned salesperson as per the region and area
- Checking the status of presentation done and take feedback after the appointment done
- Solving the queries post presentation (if any)
- Taking Enrollment follow ups from client through the help of center feedbacks
- Taking Follow ups from the centers (PAN INDIA level) on weekly basis
- Giving telephonic presentation to the client
- Enrolling clients on the phone (as per requirement)
- Maintaining month reports and analysis of the same
- Carry out any other job-related activities as and when deemed necessary
