Job Title : Executive – Regulatory Affairs

Job Description :

      1. Co-ordination and follow up with F&D, ADL, Manufacturing, Packing, QC, QA, TT team for getting all the necessary documents as per CTD requirement.
      2. Review of all technical data to ensure document compliance and to reduce quality error.
      3. Preparation, compilation, review of dossiers within defined time schedules and in accordance with established Standards/Specifications/SOP and Protocols for submission to ROW, ASEAN, AFRICAN countries etc.
      4. Dossier compilation for Global Regulatory Authorities: ROW Market, Brazil, CIS Countries & TGA.
      5. Queries Response compilation & submission (Queries handling)
      6. Provide post-approval compliance by compilation and review of documents (Post-Approval changes)
      7. Review of Type II DMF as well as follow-up and review queries related to ODMF
      8. Provide regulatory support and technical assistant to Junior/Sub-ordinate.
      9. Preparation, review and compilation of CMC Technical Documents for Internal and External clients for any Quality deviations in product
      10. Helping out to different department to guide for error free document preparation.
      11. Update our self with regulatory guidelines & if require take training on the same to understand impact on the company quality system.
      12. Any other task assigned by Functional Lead and Head of Department.

Job Location – Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience – 4 to 6 years into pharma industry

Business Development & Sales Executive

Since over 25 years, Galentic has been manufacturing and supplying high quality pharmaceutical products. This includes both sterile and non-sterile range. The products are exported to over 40 countries – in the private market, Government Organizations and NGOs.

The Executive will be expected to enthusiastically assist the Business Development and Marketing team.

The Job Description is as below –

1. For –

      • Tenders
        1. To coordinate with all internal / external stakeholders to submit Tender documents to the relevant tender bodies (NGOs & In country Tenders).
        2. To follow-up with all partners in country & NGOs for new tenders to participate and the awards received.
        3. To periodically check in subscribed portals for new tenders and opportunities.
      • Private
        1. Develop sales and marketing plan for the countries actively promoted.
        2. To strategize Promotional activities to build In-country sales of products.
        3. Coordinating with local country partners for new orders to supply.
        4. Forecasting of new orders to supply as per plan.


      • Business Development
        1. To identify new products to launch in covered markets.
        2. To explore new markets for existing products/ New products.
        3. To identify new outsourcing opportunities for portfolio development.
        4. To Identify new client specific projects to develop with business plan.
        5. Assistance in participation in exhibitions and events.

2. Coordination

      • To coordinate with supply chain for the requirements to supply in Tender & Private markets and ensure timely supplies
      • To coordinate with Regulatory & Finance for Tender documents to submit.
      • To coordinate with existing partners for all in-country activities.
      • Coordinate with website developer to keep Company website up-to-date

3. Tracking and MIS

      • Tenders submitted and awards received.
      • Tracking of Pending & New orders to supply.
      • Tracking of secondary sales data for all countries of operation.
      • Budgetary Tracking of sales & expenses.

4. Experience

      • 3-5 years of experience in handling of International Tenders & Private market.
      • Experience of Pharmaceutical Marketing & Business development activities.

5. Required Skills

      • Computer proficiency in MS EXCEL, WORD, Power point.
      • Ability to develop marketing plans, promotional inputs.
      • Should be well verse in conducting online meetings / demos on Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams etc.
      • Should be proficient in English
      • Must have excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

7. Educational requirements

      • BSC/ B.Pharm
      • MBA in marketing would be preferred
