Job Description/Skills Required

  • Responsible for Offboarding of an employee and system updates.
  • Preparing Full & final settlement input of exited employees
  • Preparing salary Hold/Release input of resigned /absconded employees
  • Ex-Employee Background Verification (BGV)
  • Issuing Relieving Letters to exited employees
  • Providing Full & Final settlement calculation statement to employees
  • Initiating the absconding process (Absconding letters & termination letters)
  • Handling Separation mailbox & resolving employee and HRBP queries
  • Updating Exit master & keeping detailed records of all the resigned/exited employees
  • Keeping records of resignation / absconded / withdrawal cases
  • Keeping track of exit clearances
  • Coordinate with Regional HRs for the exit process
  • Co-coordinating with Payroll team for resolution of queries related to F&F
  • Responsible for timely processing of F&F.
  • Responsible for Vendor Management, and timely invoice processing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal contacts including HR Business Partners
  • Subject matter expert for end-to-end HR processes
