Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice/Blended Process)

Experience: 0–3 years (Immediate joiners preferred)
Location: Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida (Work from office)
Walk-in Dates: 3rd – 12th September, 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Venue: A6, Tech Mahindra, Sector 64, near Sahara Chowk, Noida (near Noida Sector 62 metro station – Blue Line)
Salary: ₹1.75 – 2.5 LPA + Incentives

Job Highlights

  • Shift: Rotational (5 days working, 2 days off)

  • Graduation: Mandatory (unlike Omega where any degree is fine, except MBA)

  • Nature: Customer Support – Voice/Blended

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.

  • Resolve queries/issues and provide product/service information.

  • Maintain detailed call records.

  • Deliver empathetic, accurate, and professional communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal English communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving & active listening.

  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts (incl. weekends/holidays).

  • Customer-first mindset.

  • Prior experience in customer support (1–3 years) is preferred, but freshers may also apply if communication skills are strong.
