Venue: A6, Tech Mahindra, Sector 64, near Sahara Chowk, Noida (near Noida Sector 62 metro station – Blue Line)
Salary: ₹1.75 – 2.5 LPA + Incentives

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.

Resolve queries/issues and provide product/service information.

Maintain detailed call records.

Deliver empathetic, accurate, and professional communication.
