Based at our state-of-the-art Greenfield Injectable Manufacturing Facility in Vadodara, this role offers an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates eager to launch a career in pharmaceutical quality control. About the Role

As a member of our Quality Control team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the microbiological integrity of our injectable products. This position is designed for fresh graduates who are passionate about laboratory science and wish to develop technical expertise in a high-compliance pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. You will be mentored by experienced professionals and gain exposure to the critical systems that govern the production of sterile medicines.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily microbiological operations, including but not limited to:

• Laboratory Testing: Performing microbiological analysis of raw materials, water samples, and finished pharmaceutical products.
• Environmental Monitoring (EM): Conducting systematic monitoring of cleanroom and sterile manufacturing areas to ensure a controlled environment.
• Sterility & Microbial Testing: Supporting sterility testing and microbial limit testing procedures in alignment with standard protocols.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate and compliant laboratory records, logs, and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
• Quality Compliance: Assisting in the maintenance of high-quality standards in accordance with EU GMP and USFDA guidelines.
• Media & Identification: Handling culture media preparation and supporting microbial identification procedures.
• Contamination Control: Assisting with cleanroom monitoring and strictly adhering to aseptic practices to prevent contamination.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualifications: A degree in B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology.
• Technical Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of microbiological techniques and laboratory safety.
• Professional Aptitude: A clear understanding of aseptic practices and the requirements of sterile manufacturing environments.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong laboratory documentation skills, and a proactive approach to learning.
• Commitment: Willingness to work in a demanding pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
