Responsibilities

Production Department

• Assist in the day-to-day manufacturing and processing of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
• Operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment.
• Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all company safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate batch production records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Warehouse Department

• Manage inventory effectively, including stock receiving, issuing, and cycle counting.
• Maintain meticulous records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Ensure that all materials are stored under appropriate conditions to maintain product integrity.
• Coordinate seamlessly with production and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of materials.

Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Educational Qualifications:
  • Production: ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc. degree holders.
  • Warehouse: B.Com or B.Sc. degree holders.
• Experience: This drive is exclusively for freshers; no prior work experience is required.
• Passout Year: Candidates who have recently completed their degree/diploma are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• A basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and operations.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and inventory tasks.
• Flexibility and willingness to work in rotating shifts.
