Responsibilities

As a member of the Quality Assurance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet internal and global regulatory standards. Your key duties will include:

• Validation Execution: Developing, executing, and reviewing protocols for both Process Validation and Cleaning Validation.
• Report Generation: Preparing comprehensive validation reports, ensuring all data is accurate, complete, and compliant with current regulatory requirements.
• Operational Monitoring: Actively monitoring validation activities within manufacturing and production areas to ensure adherence to approved procedures.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensuring all activities are conducted in strict accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company-specific quality policies.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborating effectively with production, engineering, and quality control teams to streamline validation activities and address potential technical challenges.
• Documentation Management: Maintaining meticulous records, logs, and documentation systems to ensure audit-readiness at all times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skill sets:

• Educational Background: A degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or M.Pharm).
• Experience: Proven experience in a pharmaceutical quality assurance environment, specifically focusing on validation processes.
• Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of validation principles, industry-standard guidelines, and regulatory requirements (such as WHO, USFDA, etc.).
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a sharp eye for detail to identify and rectify process deviations.
• Documentation Proficiency: Strong technical writing skills and familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Communication: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate technical information clearly to various stakeholders.
