Job Summary

Umedica Laboratories is hosting a walk-in interview event to fill multiple roles across various departments. We are looking for skilled professionals and technical associates to join our team in Vapi.

  • Dates: 25th and 27th March 2026 (Wednesday and Friday)
  • Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Location: Umedica Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., Plot No 221, 221/1, II Phase GIDC, Near Morarji Circle, Vapi, 396195.

Available Positions and Requirements

1. Tablet Manufacturing Department

  • Officer to Executive: Requires M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm with 2 to 8 years of experience. Candidates should be skilled in dispensing, granulation, coating, pelletization, and compression. Expertise in QMS, OOS/OOT investigations, CAPA, and ALCOA/GDP principles is essential. (10 openings)
  • Technical Associates (Operator): Requires ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc. with 2 to 5 years of experience. Candidates must be proficient in operating granulation lines, automatic compression machines, and coating equipment. (15 openings)

2. Tablet Packing Department

  • Officer to Sr. Officer: Requires B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc. with 2 to 6 years of experience. Must have a strong understanding of SOPs, BPR, line clearance, GDP, GMP, and manpower management. (10 openings)
  • Technical Associates (Operator): Requires ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc. with 2 to 5 years of experience. Experience in operating blister pack machines, cartonators, and track-and-trace machinery is required. (15 openings)

3. Quality Control Department

  • Executive to Assistant Manager: Requires B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm in Chemistry (Analytical or Organic). Candidates must have 7 to 11 years of experience in a QC environment. Proficiency in HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and dissolution testing is mandatory, along with experience in regulatory audits such as USFDA, MHRA, and WHO. (15 openings)

4. Technology Transfer Department (TTD)

  • Officer to Sr. Officer: Requires B.Pharm or M.Pharm with 4 to 6 years of experience. Responsibilities include managing product transfers, scale-ups, and coordinating between R&D and manufacturing units while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.

5. Engineering & Maintenance Department

  • Officer to Sr. Officer: Requires B.E. or M.E. with 2 to 6 years of experience. Must have troubleshooting skills for vial washing, filling lines, autoclaves, and HVAC systems. Knowledge of PLC/SCADA, EHS, and QMS activities is required. (5 openings)
  • Technical Associates (Operator): Requires ITI or Diploma with 2 to 5 years of experience in plant maintenance and machine operation. (5 openings)

6. Packaging Development Department

  • Officer to Sr. Officer: Requires Diploma or B.E. in Printing and Packaging Technology with 2 to 6 years of experience. Must possess sound knowledge of artwork development and product design. (2 openings)

7. Accounts Department

  • Executive to Sr. Executive: Requires B.Com or M.Com with 8 to 10 years of experience. Must be an expert in MIS reporting, GST compliance, TDS filings, budgeting, forecasting, and managing daily accounting operations. (1 opening)
