Job Responsibilities
As a member of our production team, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day manufacturing operations in alignment with established pharmaceutical guidelines. Your core duties will include:

Managing Batch Processing: You will be responsible for the execution of API manufacturing batches, ensuring that all processes are followed precisely according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Technical Documentation: Maintaining accurate and real-time records is crucial. You will be responsible for completing batch production records and other necessary logs, ensuring that all data is traceable and compliant with regulatory standards.
Equipment Operation and Troubleshooting: You will operate complex machinery within the production area. The ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues quickly is essential to prevent downtime.
Clean Room Practices: Adherence to strict clean room protocols is non-negotiable. You will ensure that your working environment maintains the highest levels of sanitation and contamination control.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with other departments, including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Quality Control, to ensure the smooth flow of production and prompt resolution of any operational challenges.
Ensuring cGMP Compliance: You must be well-versed in Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). You will be expected to uphold these standards in every aspect of your work to ensure the safety and quality of our final pharmaceutical products.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess both the educational foundation and the hands-on industry experience necessary to hit the ground running. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

Academic Background: You should hold an ITI certification (specifically as an AOCP Operator), a Master of Science degree in Organic Chemistry, or a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering.
Experience: We require between 2 to 7 years of professional experience in the API pharmaceutical industry. Candidates with previous experience in the Production or PP (Primary Production) area will be given preference.
Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in clean room environments and a deep understanding of the chemical manufacturing process is essential.
Professionalism: We value candidates who demonstrate accountability, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
