About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a vital role in upholding the integrity of our products. You will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured and sourced materials meet strict compendial standards and internal specifications. This position requires a proactive mindset, as you will be tasked with managing documentation, monitoring quality compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline our quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Routine Quality Assurance Tasks:

  • Documentation Management: Generate and manage Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for products, ensuring all data is accurate and complete.
  • Compliance Review: Review and approve manufacturer CoAs to verify alignment with established product specifications and compendial requirements.
  • Quality Oversight: Maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards and ensure all products comply with organizational requirements.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding Out of Specification (OOS) results, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
  • Workflow Management: Track ongoing QA requests to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
  • Process Improvement: Prepare and revise product specifications as needed, and proactively suggest enhancements to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate necessary updates regarding product specifications and regulatory status changes.
  • Support the quality department by performing additional tasks and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a closely related scientific field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working within a manufacturing facility is considered a strong advantage.

Salary and Benefits

  • Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from ₹3,00,000 to ₹5,50,000, commensurate with experience.
