Available Positions

1. Regulatory Affairs (RA)

• Designation: Officer to Executive
• Focus Area: Tablets & Capsules
• Experience: 3 to 6 years
• Requirements: Expertise in regulatory documentation and submission processes for regulated markets.

2. Formulation Research & Development (FRD)

• Research Scientist – Tablets & Capsules: 4 to 8 years of experience in OSD formulation development.
• Research Scientist – Ointments: 5 to 10 years of experience focusing on semi-solid dosage form development.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will contribute to the high standards of pharmaceutical excellence maintained at Ind Swift Laboratories. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Regulatory Compliance: Preparing, reviewing, and managing technical dossiers and regulatory submissions to ensure compliance with USFDA, EU, and MHRA standards.
• Formulation Development: Leading and executing R&D projects for solid oral dosage forms (tablets and capsules) and ointments.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed reports, protocols, and documentation required for global market approvals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various internal teams to streamline the product development lifecycle from inception to approval.
• Problem Solving: Applying technical knowledge to troubleshoot formulation challenges and ensure robust product quality throughout the development phase.

Requirements

To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M. Pharma) is mandatory.
• Core Experience: Demonstrated experience in OSD formulation or regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Regulatory Exposure: Mandatory prior experience working in USFDA, EU, or MHRA-approved manufacturing facilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape and the ability to interpret international guidelines.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments.
