Role and Responsibilities
As an Officer or Junior Officer in our Production Department, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing of high-quality pharmaceutical products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing daily production activities within an API manufacturing environment.
Ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal quality standards.
Monitoring equipment performance and coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency.
Maintaining accurate documentation for batch records, logs, and production reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensuring a safe working environment by strictly following health and safety protocols.
Troubleshooting minor operational issues and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and safety.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance and Quality Control, to resolve production-related challenges effectively.
Candidate Profile

Educational Background: A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Organic Chemistry.

Skills: Strong understanding of chemical processes, excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of standard operating procedures within a pharma plant.
