Responsibilities

As a Senior Benefit Risk Associate, you will be responsible for driving critical safety activities. Your core duties will include:

• Signal Management: Planning, executing, and managing end-to-end signal detection activities.
• Data Analysis: Conducting thorough reviews of line listings and safety data to identify potential safety concerns.
• Reporting: Drafting and performing quality control (QC) on complex signal detection reports and aggregate safety documentation.
• Evaluation: Systematically evaluating, categorizing, and prioritizing potential safety signals based on clinical significance.
• Risk Mitigation: Recommending and documenting actionable risk mitigation strategies to address identified safety concerns.
• Regulatory Support: Assisting in regulatory communications and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with global PV regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless signal management and database maintenance.

Requirements

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in science and a passion for patient safety. To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Education: A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Biomedical Sciences.
• Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in pharmacovigilance, specifically in signal detection and signal management tools.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in benefit-risk evaluation and general PV operations.
• Communication: Strong command of the English language (B2 level or above) to facilitate effective technical communication.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent decision-making capabilities and the ability to interpret complex safety data.
• Soft Skills: Strong time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
