Available Positions

We are hiring across multiple departments to support our expanding operations:

• Production & Packing: Production Officer, Packing Officer.
• Quality & Compliance: IPQA Officer (Male only), Qualification Validation Executive, Audit & Compliance Executive, QMS QC Executive, Lab QA Executive.
• Technical: Machine Operators.

Roles & Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to perform the following duties based on their respective roles:

• Production & Packing: Manage manufacturing and packaging operations while strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate batch documentation and ensuring all processes meet company standards.
• Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC): Perform rigorous in-process quality checks, maintain detailed quality documentation, and ensure that all manufacturing processes remain in full compliance with regulatory standards.
• Validation & Compliance: Execute validation protocols, conduct internal audits to ensure compliance, and prepare comprehensive reports to support regulatory documentation.
• Machine Operations: Safely operate and maintain production machinery. You will ensure the smooth functioning of production lines while following all operational and safety guidelines to maximize efficiency.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following educational backgrounds:

• Production, QA, and QC Roles: Degree in B.Sc or M.Sc.
• Packing Roles: Degree in B.Com or M.Com.
• Machine Operators: ITI Fitter certification or a relevant Diploma.
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Selection will be based on the specific requirements of the role and individual competency.

Salary & Benefits
