Roles and Responsibilities
Production: Senior Chemist / Chemist
The primary focus of this role is to ensure the efficient operation of our production floor. You will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and controlling batch processing operations to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Operating and maintaining specialized production equipment, including reactors, centrifuges, distillation columns, Glass Lined Reactors (GLR), and industrial dryers.
- Maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures during the manufacturing process.
Process Development: R&D Chemist
The R&D team is essential to our innovation strategy. As a Process R&D Chemist, you will:
- Develop and optimize chemical processes for the production of new and existing bulk drugs.
- Conduct experiments to improve yields, reduce costs, and enhance the safety and scalability of chemical reactions.
- Work closely with the production team to facilitate the successful transfer of developed processes to the manufacturing floor.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Gender: Due to specific operational requirements, these roles are open to Male candidates only.
- Language Proficiency: Candidates must be fluent in the Telugu language to ensure effective communication within our team.
- Regional Residency: We are prioritizing candidates who currently reside in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Please note that applicants from other states will not be considered for these specific openings.
- Educational Qualifications: Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or a Master of Science (M.Sc./MS) in Chemistry.
