Job Summary:
Bajaj Healthcare Ltd. is hosting a walk-in interview drive to recruit talented professionals for various positions within our Research & Development (R&D) and API Manufacturing departments. Responsibilities

We are hiring across multiple levels and departments. Responsibilities vary by role as follows:

• ADL Head: Lead Analytical Development Lab operations, oversee method development and validation, and ensure all processes meet global regulatory standards.
• ADL (Officer/Executive): Perform analytical testing, execute methods, and provide support for development and validation activities.
• R&D (Officer/Executive/Assistant Manager): Lead research and process development, optimize API synthesis, and manage scale-up operations.
• Project Assistant (ADL & R&D): Assist with laboratory experiments, maintain accurate documentation, and support senior scientists in daily project execution.
• QC – API (Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive): Conduct quality control testing using instrumentation such as HPLC and GC, and ensure strict compliance with QMS and audit requirements.
• QA (Officer/Executive/Assistant Manager): Manage documentation, oversee IPQA, and ensure robust compliance with internal and external quality systems.
• API Production (Officer/Sr. Officer): Manage daily API manufacturing operations and ensure operational efficiency in a plant environment.

Requirements

We are looking for dedicated professionals who meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualifications: Candidates must hold a B.Sc/M.Sc, B.Pharm/M.Pharm. A Ph.D. is required for specific senior-level positions.
• Experience: We have openings ranging from entry-level to senior management, with total experience requirements spanning 2 to 15 years, depending on the specific role applied for.
• Skills: Proficiency in pharmaceutical and API industry practices, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to regulatory compliance.
