Responsibilities

Ethics Committee Coordinator

• Prepare and submit comprehensive research proposals, study amendments, and renewals for ethical review.
• Maintain rigorous documentation standards to ensure full compliance with NABH and JCI audit requirements.
• Ensure all institutional activities align with IEC, DCGI, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Facilitate Ethics Committee meetings, prepare minutes, and manage clear communication between investigators and committee members.
• Monitor ongoing approved studies to ensure strict adherence to established protocols.

Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of clinical trials, from site initiation to final study close-out.
• Oversee participant recruitment and enrollment, ensuring the informed consent process is conducted ethically.
• Maintain accurate electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) and comprehensive study data.
• Ensure all trial operations strictly follow IRB, FDA, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Manage the collection, processing, and shipment of biological samples according to study requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between principal investigators, trial sponsors, and the Ethics Committee.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Clinical Research.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of ICH-GCP, DCGI, and IEC/IRB processes, as well as clinical trial regulatory frameworks.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in medical terminology, clinical data management (eCRF systems), and high-level organizational skills.
• Soft Skills: Strong professional communication, coordination abilities, and a meticulous approach to documentation.
