Responsibilities
Ethics Committee Coordinator
- Prepare and submit comprehensive research proposals, study amendments, and renewals for ethical review.
- Maintain rigorous documentation standards to ensure full compliance with NABH and JCI audit requirements.
- Ensure all institutional activities align with IEC, DCGI, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Facilitate Ethics Committee meetings, prepare minutes, and manage clear communication between investigators and committee members.
- Monitor ongoing approved studies to ensure strict adherence to established protocols.
Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of clinical trials, from site initiation to final study close-out.
- Oversee participant recruitment and enrollment, ensuring the informed consent process is conducted ethically.
- Maintain accurate electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) and comprehensive study data.
- Ensure all trial operations strictly follow IRB, FDA, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Manage the collection, processing, and shipment of biological samples according to study requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between principal investigators, trial sponsors, and the Ethics Committee.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Clinical Research.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of ICH-GCP, DCGI, and IEC/IRB processes, as well as clinical trial regulatory frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in medical terminology, clinical data management (eCRF systems), and high-level organizational skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong professional communication, coordination abilities, and a meticulous approach to documentation.
