Available Departments

• Formulation R&D (FR&D): Injectables, Complex Injectables, and Oral Solid Dosage (OSD).
• Analytical R&D (AR&D): Specializing in OSD and Injectables.
• Development Quality Assurance (DQA).
• Product Management Team (PMT).
• Engineering.
• Packaging & Development (Injectables).

Responsibilities

Depending on your department, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting high-level research and development activities to advance our formulation pipelines.
• Ensuring full compliance with stringent global regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Executing precise analytical testing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
• Supporting the full product lifecycle, from initial concept to commercialization and process optimization.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline development workflows.
• Maintaining accurate, audit-ready records and reports in accordance with industry best practices.

Requirements

To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following educational standards:

• For DQA, FR&D, PMT, and AR&D: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (M. Pharm / B. Pharm).
• For Engineering Roles: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech).
• For Packaging & Development: A Diploma in Packaging & Development.

Successful candidates should possess strong technical knowledge, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
