We are hiring for multiple positions across our Analytical R&D and Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) divisions. Job Overview

We are looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to our cutting-edge research and manufacturing support initiatives. Successful candidates will gain exposure to global pharmaceutical partnerships and work on high-impact projects involving API development, biologics, and process optimization.

Positions Available:

  1. Research Investigator – Analytical R&D (Bangalore): Focused on API and method development.
  2. MSAT Analytical Scientist: Specializing in method transfer, troubleshooting, and QC support for biologics.
  3. Upstream Scientist – MSAT: Focused on bioprocess development, stability studies, and assay techniques.
  4. Downstream Scientist – MSAT: Specialized in technology transfer, scale-up, and manufacturing support.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your specialization, your duties will include:

  • Performing complex analytical testing utilizing HPLC, UPLC, chromatography, and wet chemistry techniques.
  • Leading or supporting the development, validation, and transfer of analytical methods.
  • Executing upstream and downstream process development activities.
  • Facilitating technology transfers and scale-up processes for clinical and commercial manufacturing.
  • Ensuring rigorous data analysis, report generation, and adherence to GxP documentation standards.
  • Collaborating across functional teams (R&D, QC, and Manufacturing) to resolve technical deviations, investigate OOS/OOT results, and implement CAPA.
  • Representing scientific findings through technical presentations and maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Research Investigator: PhD in Analytical Chemistry with 0–2 years of experience.
  • MSAT Roles: B.Tech, M.Tech, or M.Sc in Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering. Freshers and experienced professionals are both encouraged to apply.
  • Core Skills:
    • Proficiency in analytical instrumentation (HPLC, UPLC, Spectroscopy).
    • Strong understanding of biologics assays (SDS-PAGE, Western blot, ELISA).
    • Proven experience in method transfer and technical troubleshooting.
    • Solid grasp of GxP, data integrity requirements, and industry-standard documentation.
    • Knowledge of process development and manufacturing scale-up methodologies.
