Responsibilities
As a Solutions Design Analyst, you will play a critical role in the lifecycle of clinical trial software design. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design & Configuration: Map complex clinical protocols into technical software specifications. You will configure systems to ensure they align perfectly with study-specific requirements.
- Requirement Gathering: Lead the process of gathering and documenting detailed study requirements, ensuring consistency across data capture, delivery methods, and database structures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Project Management, Licensing, Quality Assurance, and Business Development teams to ensure project alignment and operational excellence.
- Quality & Validation: Support rigorous validation and quality control testing to ensure all systems are compliant and ready for clinical use.
- Client Engagement: Represent Clario in client meetings, audits, and milestone discussions, acting as a technical point of contact to provide clarity and professional guidance.
- Process Improvement: Actively contribute to internal process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our design methodologies.
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for candidates who combine technical proficiency with a strong understanding of the clinical trial landscape.
- Education: BSc, MSc, or PhD in Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare, or Computer Science.
- Experience: Prior experience working in clinical research, specifically with eClinical systems (eCOA, ePRO, IRT/RTSM, or eConsent platforms).
- Professional Background: Ideal candidates will have a background in roles such as Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Business Analyst, or Project Coordinator/Manager.
- Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of the clinical trial process and how technology supports clinical data collection.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Global Mindset: Experience or exposure to working within global, fast-paced clinical trial environments is highly preferred.
