Responsibilities

As a Sr. Executive in the Regulatory Affairs department, you will be responsible for navigating the complexities of international pharmaceutical compliance. Your core duties will include:

  • Dossier Management: Independently compile, review, and finalize high-quality regulatory dossiers.
  • Query Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact to address and resolve queries from customers and various regulatory authorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to streamline submission timelines and ensure data accuracy.
  • International Submissions: Manage end-to-end regulatory submissions for global markets, with a specific focus on:
    • European Union (EU)
    • United Kingdom (UK)
    • TGA (Australia)
    • New Zealand
    • South Africa

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive professional who possesses both technical expertise and the ability to work independently. Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm).
  • Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in handling international regulatory markets and submission processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: A robust understanding of global regulatory documentation standards.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot complex regulatory hurdles and manage competing project deadlines.
