Roles & Responsibilities

Regulatory Affairs (Officer / Executive)

  • Prepare and review regulatory dossiers in accordance with CTD/eCTD formats.
  • Manage end-to-end product registration and re-registration processes.
  • Compile and submit essential regulatory documentation to satisfy global guidelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional internal departments to gather submission-ready data.
  • Oversee product lifecycle activities, including variations and renewals.
  • Maintain strict adherence to WHO-GMP and international pharmaceutical compliance standards.

Human Resources Officer

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure meticulous HR documentation.
  • Assist in payroll coordination and ensure organizational policy compliance.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • Regulatory Affairs: B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree (required).
  • Human Resources: Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience Required:

  • Regulatory Affairs: 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience.
  • HR Officer: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a professional HR environment.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in CTD/eCTD dossier preparation.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical documentation and global regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage recruitment workflows and administrative HR operations effectively.
