Responsibilities
As a member of our production team, you will be integral to the seamless operation of our manufacturing lines. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Manufacturing Support: Assisting in core production and manufacturing activities to ensure operational targets are met.
- SOP Adherence: Strictly following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in all tasks.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining accurate batch records and documentation, ensuring complete compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
- Equipment Handling: Operating and monitoring production machinery and processes with precision and safety.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with the Quality and Maintenance departments to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal output.
- Process Efficiency: Monitoring production cycles to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and workflow optimization.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess a strong academic foundation and a passion for biotechnology. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background:
- M.Sc in Biotechnology
- B.Tech in Biotechnology
- M.Tech in Biotechnology
