Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Packing

• Execute injectable production and packing processes in strict adherence to cGMP guidelines.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Accurately maintain batch manufacturing and packing records.
• Uphold the highest standards of workplace safety and quality compliance.

Quality Assurance (IPQA/QMS)

• Perform comprehensive in-process quality checks and monitor production activities.
• Review batch manufacturing and packing documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and regulatory documentation.
• Actively support internal and external audits and inspections to ensure continuous regulatory readiness.

Requirements

• Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, Diploma (relevant fields), or ITI (for technical roles).
• Experience:
  • Manufacturing: 1 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Quality Assurance (IPQA/QMS): 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Note: High-achieving freshers with strong academic backgrounds may be considered for select roles.
• Skills: Strong understanding of cGMP, laboratory safety, and documentation standards. Prior experience in a regulatory-approved facility is highly preferred.
