Job Overview
We are seeking candidates with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry to fill key roles within our Production and Engineering departments. Our Injectable facility requires personnel who are well-versed in GMP practices, safety protocols, and technical efficiency to ensure the seamless production of life-saving pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
The roles within our Production and Engineering departments are critical to the success of our manufacturing operations. Successful candidates will be expected to:
Production Department:
* Operate and monitor sophisticated manufacturing equipment used in the production of injectables.
* Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain product quality.
* Ensure that all production documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield and operational efficiency.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in compliance with regulatory standards.
Engineering Department:
* Provide technical support and routine maintenance for high-tech pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery.
* Conduct troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure facility reliability.
* Coordinate with production teams to address equipment-related challenges quickly and effectively.
* Assist in the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment.
* Ensure that all engineering activities align with safety protocols and internal technical standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate technical proficiency and a strong work ethic. Ideal candidates should possess:
* Relevant educational qualifications corresponding to the specific needs of the production and engineering roles.
* Previous experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting, preferably within an Injectable or sterile environment.
