Job Summary

Moistop Industries Private Limited, an ISO 9001:2015 certified pharmaceutical packaging company, is seeking a skilled and experienced QA Head to lead our Quality Assurance department. We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee high-quality packaging solutions, manage regulatory compliance, and ensure process excellence at our facility in Medchal – Malkajgiri, Telangana.

Role & Responsibilities

As the QA Head, you will serve as a pivotal leader for our plant-based operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Quality Management: Ensuring total adherence to ISO certifications and pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
• Process Control: Monitoring and optimizing packaging quality processes to minimize defects and maximize efficiency.
• Audit Handling: Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external quality audits; managing documentation and ensuring audit-readiness at all times.
• Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive and accurate QA records in compliance with industry mandates.
• Team Leadership: Providing mentorship and guidance to the QA team, overseeing daily quality checks, and fostering a culture of precision and safety.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or packaging industry.
• Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharmacy or any relevant degree.
• Key Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards.
  • Proven capability in handling both internal and external audits.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to enforce compliance.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and clear communication/reporting skills.
