Job Summary
Alkem Laboratories Ltd. is organizing a walk-in interview event to recruit experienced professionals for its formulation manufacturing facility in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. We are looking for skilled individuals to join our Production, Quality Control (QC), and Quality Assurance (QA) departments. Job Responsibilities
1. Production Department
- Roles: Senior Officer / Executive (2–7 years exp.) & Operator / Technician (2–10 years exp.).
- Key Duties:
- Manage production operations within a formulation manufacturing environment.
- Oversee granulation (FBD/RMG), compression, coating, and specialized packing processes.
- Operate and maintain high-end machinery, including KORSCH, SEJONG, LEGACY, and GEA equipment.
- Supervise packing lines, ensuring efficiency in blister packaging, cartoning, and visual inspection.
- Ensure all processes strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
2. Quality Control (QC)
- Roles: Senior Officer / Executive (2–7 years exp.).
- Key Duties:
- Execute analytical testing for finished products and raw materials.
- Conduct stability studies and maintain accurate analytical documentation.
- Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments, including HPLC and KF.
- Maintain strict compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
3. Quality Assurance (QA)
- Roles: Senior Officer / Executive (2–7 years exp.).
- Key Duties:
- Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks during manufacturing.
- Ensure facility-wide quality compliance with national and international regulatory standards.
- Manage batch documentation review and maintain data integrity.
Requirements
- Education: Candidates must possess a B.Pharm/M.Pharm, B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry), Diploma, or ITI from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Only candidates with relevant hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or quality functions will be considered.
