Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Manager to join our Medical Communications and Content Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering impactful medical content that serves our external stakeholders. This position is ideal for a scientific professional with a background in pharmaceutical medicine who is eager to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that our scientific messaging is accurate, compliant, and effectively communicated across a variety of traditional and digital formats.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development: You will be tasked with drafting and refining a wide array of medical assets. This includes, but is not limited to, abstracts, manuscripts, congress posters, systematic literature reviews, infographics, video scripts, and interactive multimedia content. You will receive mentorship and support to ensure your work aligns with our organizational standards and scientific objectives.
Project Coordination: Beyond writing, you will play an active role in the end-to-end management of projects. This involves researching relevant medical data, organizing complex information into clear narratives, and conducting rigorous quality checks. You will coordinate with internal partners—such as our graphics and statistics departments—to ensure that all deliverables are cohesive and high-quality.
Compliance and Technology Integration: Navigating the regulatory landscape of the pharmaceutical industry is a critical aspect of this role. You will be responsible for ensuring that every piece of content meets strict medical compliance requirements. Furthermore, you will be a champion of new technology. We expect our team members to stay updated on industry trends, including the use of generative AI and other digital tools, to streamline content creation and enhance our communication capabilities.

Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: An advanced scientific degree is required (e.g., MS, MRes, MPharm, PhD, PharmD, or MBBS/MD).
* Experience: A minimum of two years of professional experience in pharmaceutical medicine, with a specific focus on medical affairs or medical compliance.
* Technical Proficiency: Experience in medical writing, whether in an academic setting, a biotech company, a pharmaceutical firm, or a communications agency.
* Collaboration: A proven ability to take ownership of individual tasks while working harmoniously with colleagues to meet shared project goals and timelines.
* Communication: Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal, with the ability to adjust your tone and style to suit various professional settings.
