Role Introduction
The Pharma Analyst position is an entry-level opportunity for those looking to build expertise in the biopharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for conducting secondary research and analyzing complex clinical and commercial datasets. This role offers exposure to the entire drug development lifecycle, commercialization strategies, and high-level market intelligence, providing a strong foundation for a long-term consulting career.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analytics: Perform secondary data analysis utilizing a variety of scientific, clinical, and commercial information sources.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth pharmaceutical market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends.
- Insight Generation: Analyze clinical and commercial datasets to distill data into actionable business insights for our clients.
- Strategic Reporting: Collaborate with senior consulting teams to develop comprehensive reports and professional presentations.
- Domain Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of therapeutic areas, drug development pathways, and evolving industry standards.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, B.Sc (Biotech), or B.Pharm.
- Eligible Batches: 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates (candidates from the 2026 batch must provide an NOC if applicable).
- Skill Set:
- Strong fundamental understanding of biomedical sciences.
- Basic knowledge of clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.

Terms & Conditions
- Service Agreement: This role requires a 2-year service commitment. A penalty of ₹3,00,000 will be applicable in the event of a breach of this agreement.
- Work Location: This is strictly an office-based role located in Noida. Please only apply if you are comfortable with the service bond and relocating to the area.
- Compensation: The CTC for this role is ₹3.56 LPA (approximately ₹20,000 fixed monthly salary).
