About the Role

Global Calcium Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented freshers to join our API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) Production team at our facility in Hosur. As an entry-level professional, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our pharmaceutical manufacturing lines. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to kickstart their career in a fast-paced industrial environment and are committed to learning the intricacies of chemical manufacturing.

You will work closely with experienced production teams to ensure that our processes are carried out efficiently and in strict accordance with quality and safety protocols. This is a hands-on position that requires a high degree of responsibility, technical interest, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks related to chemical production, including:

• Assisting senior staff with the end-to-end management of API production processes.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment within the production unit.
• Strictly adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records regarding batch production, quality checks, and process observations.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following educational requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering
• B.Sc. in Chemistry
• B.Tech or B.E. in Chemical Engineering

We are specifically looking for recent graduates from the 2024 and 2025 batches. Candidates should have a strong foundational understanding of chemical principles and a genuine desire to apply their academic knowledge to practical, industrial challenges. Due to the specific nature of the work environment at our production facility, this role is currently open to male applicants only.
