We are currently inviting applications from motivated and talented M.Pharm graduates to join our organization as an Apprentice in the Formulation & Development (F&D) department.
This position is designed for recent graduates who are eager to kickstart their professional journey in a dynamic research and development environment. As an apprentice, you will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to formulation processes, product development lifecycles, and industry-standard regulatory practices. This is an ideal role for individuals who possess a strong academic foundation and a passion for pharmaceutical sciences.
Role and Responsibilities
As an Apprentice within our F&D department, your primary goal will be to assist the senior development team in the creation and optimization of drug products. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the formulation development process for various dosage forms.
- Supporting the team in conducting pre-formulation and formulation studies.
- Documenting research findings, experimental procedures, and observations accurately in accordance with company protocols.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth transition of products from the laboratory scale to the pilot/manufacturing scale.
- Adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Staying updated with current trends and regulatory guidelines relevant to drug product development.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this apprenticeship, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification: M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy) degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: This position is strictly reserved for freshers. We are looking for candidates who have recently completed their degree and are ready to embark on their professional career.
- Core Competencies: A solid understanding of pharmaceutical formulation, basic research methodology, and a high level of curiosity and commitment to learning.
- Location: Candidates must be willing to work at our facility located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
