Available Positions

We are currently hiring for the following roles:

• Scientist I – Formulation Development: You will be responsible for the development of robust formulations, process optimization, and scale-up activities. The role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical technology and regulatory requirements.
• Research Associate – ADL (Analytical Development Laboratory): You will be responsible for method development, validation, and routine analysis to support the formulation team. A keen eye for detail and proficiency in analytical instrumentation are essential for this role.

Candidate Profile

To be considered for these roles, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualifications: A degree in B. Pharm, M. Pharm, or M. Sc.
• Professional Experience: Candidates must possess between 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within a research and development or analytical laboratory setting.
• Skills: The ideal candidates should have a deep understanding of current regulatory guidelines, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
