Roles and Responsibilities
Engineering and Technical Operations
Our Water System Technicians are responsible for the daily monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pharmaceutical-grade water systems. Precision and adherence to strict safety protocols are essential for these roles to ensure all production activities meet regulatory requirements.
Manufacturing and Production
We are looking for detail-oriented Coating Operators to join our production floor. These individuals will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining complex coating machinery while ensuring that all batch records are maintained accurately and according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Quality Assurance (QA)
Our Quality Assurance team is the backbone of our operational integrity.
– IPQA Officers will focus on in-process quality control, ensuring that every stage of the manufacturing process meets established standards.
– The QMS QA specialist will manage the Quality Management System, overseeing documentation, change controls, and compliance audits.
– The Qualification & Validation QA professional will ensure that all equipment, processes, and utilities are correctly qualified and validated, maintaining audit readiness at all times.
Research and Development (F&D and ADL)
Our R&D department is at the forefront of our product innovation.
– The F&D Manager will lead project timelines, manage team performance, and oversee the development of new formulations.
– The F&D Executives and Officers will assist in formulation trials, scale-up activities, and documentation for new drug applications.
– ADL Executives and Officers will focus on method development, method validation, and analytical support to ensure the stability and efficacy of our formulations.
Qualifications and Skills
Successful candidates should possess relevant academic backgrounds in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Engineering, depending on the specific role. We value candidates who have:
– Hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
– In-depth knowledge of cGMP guidelines and regulatory standards.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
– For leadership roles, previous experience in team management and project coordination within an R&D setting is highly preferred.
