Apprenticeship Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated ITI candidates (Mechanical & Electrical trades) to join our team as Apprentices at our state-of-the-art facility in Pithampur. This program is specifically designed for candidates who have completed their ITI training in 2024 or 2025. You will work alongside industry experts to gain practical skills in a high-compliance pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Training Modules & Exposure

As an apprentice at Alembic, you will receive comprehensive practical training in:

• Machine Operation: Learning the mechanics and maintenance of high-end pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
• Production Processes: Understanding the end-to-end lifecycle of drug manufacturing in a regulated environment.
• Safety & Compliance: Developing a deep understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols essential to the pharmaceutical industry.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly Stipend: Rs. 14,000.
